What's blooming - Oct 2

The garden is definitely winding down.  There are some asters almost ready to bloom in the front yard, probably in the next week or so.  Otherwise, the fall perennials are fading.  With fading means pruning which means a whole weekend coming up to do yard work!

Russian Sage

Coreopsis

Japanese Anemone - White

A lone coneflower

Japanese Anemone - Pink

Butterfly bush

Autumn Joy - Sedum

Miscanthus

Beautyberry

Clelone - Turtlehead

  1. I hope to get out and get some photos of my blooms this week.

Dang. I tried to grow some of that Japanese anemone, but I don't think it made it. Yours is lovely.
