Dark Days Challenge Week 16

I'm running out of ideas! I had some buttermilk to use up so it was sausage and buttermilk pancakes for breakfast

Sausage: Farmer Allan, Fresh and Local CSA , WV
Buttermilk: South Mountain Creamery , MD
Flour: Wade's Mill, VA
Eggs - I ran out of local and needed more eggs, so sadly, these are Safeway brand
Baking soda, salt - who knows?
Maple Syrup: from a farm near my mom's - she lives in Maine

While the stone ground flour looks differently, I really couldn't tell the difference in the pancakes.



Sean - why is he ignoring his breakfast?
